Fundraising/Fundraisers

At Monrovia Youth Baseball, fundraising is a core part of how we offer baseball to any player who wants to play, regardless of income level. However fundraising also has the benefit of bringing us closer together as a baseball community. When we show up and participate in these events we not only help the organization but make relationships that can last a lifetime. Many MYBL Alumni are still friends with people they met at the ballpark. So come out and join the fun.

Home Run Derbies
At our Mid Season All Star Events we hold Home Run Derbies for each age level. Players do not have to participate in Mid-Season All Stars to participate in the Home Run Derby.

Dining for Dollars
Every two weeks we will host a dining for dollars event at a local restaurant. This is great fun especially if you go as a team. Dates and location information will be emailed out and passed out through team parents.

Hall of Fame Dinner
The Annual Hall of Fame Dinner held at the close of the season, has become the premier event where we recognize the service of our managers, coaches and honored guests who have contributed greatly to further the league. Included in your registration cost for the 2018 season we will collect a $30 fundraising fee which covers your $10 basket contribution and one ticket to the Dinner. Additional tickets can be purchased closer to the event at one of the snack bars.  
The night's events include a silent auction of team-created gift baskets, assorted raffles, music, dancing, food and camaraderie! 
This is a 21 and over event.

 We will continue to ask parents and team parents to find donors and sponsors for the Hall of Fame Dinner as it is our main fundraising source. All support in these areas is greatly appreciate.
